As a full-service home remodeling contractor, you only need to work with US. From the planning phase to the finishing touches, we’ll handle it all.

Set up an appointment for a discovery meeting.

This is a complimentary 1-hour meeting with a project manager to understand your needs, wants, budget, and scope of work. Prior to your meeting, please have:

A CLEAR idea of your BUDGET RANGE
A few pictures of what you would like (Houzz & Pinterest are great places to start!) Should you choose to do so, sign a copy of the Design Agreement to begin the bid process.

Choose your estimate/bid option.

We fully understand that although we are design-based, not every project needs that kind of attention. So, we have options depending on your scope of work and bid needs. A Design Agreement Retainer will be collected prior to work starting on your selections, floor plans, and hard bid.

Contract is accepted & work begins.
