So, the contractor calls his former client and insists that she simply must pay her past due invoice, for it is over 365 days old. The blond lady on the other end of the phone replies, “Look, I may be blond, but I’m no dummy. Your salesman told me last year that in one year, these double-pane energy efficient windows would pay for themselves… hellooo! It’s been one year!” Guess who won that argument?
