So, the contractor calls his former client and insists that she simply must pay her past due invoice, for it is over 365 days old. The blond lady on the other end of the phone replies, “Look, I may be blond, but I’m no dummy. Your salesman told me last year that in one year, these double-pane energy efficient windows would pay for themselves…Hellooo! It’s been one year!” Guess who won that argument?

Dear Patrick:
I wanted to tell you, last Friday night 01-20-06, when it was so cold and the wind was a blowing like crazy—that evening I went to close down the blinds on my new windows on the South and the East. And do you know I felt NO COLD air?!? I even touched the window—and can I tell you how happy I was to know that the cold was outside, NOT in my house? It gave me goose bumps to know how warm inside my house was. Your windows are GREAT!!!
