HERE’S HOW WE DO IT

1st Referral = 2 Free Hours
2nd Referral = 2 Free Hours

1st Referral + 2nd Referral = 1/2 Day Free Handyman Services For You

When a homeowner gives a referral to Total Home that in turn leads to a sale, that homeowner is rewarded with 2 hours of free labor.

Once that homeowner has accumulated at least four hours of time (i.e. 2 sold referrals) they can trade the hours in for work on their home.

Here is an example list of the type of honey-do list items we would be able to assist you with:

General Carpentry
Cement/Masonry - Repair Cracks
Countertops/Cupboards - Repair
Decks - Stain, Repair
Doors, Replace, Paint
Dry Rot - Repair
Drywall - Repair
Faucets - Repair, Replace
Fence/Gate - Repair, Replace
Furniture - Repair
Gutters - Clean
Mowing
Paint - Touch-up
Pruning - Bushes
Shower/Tub - Re-caulk
Sinks - Install
