Total Home has worked throughout the Kansas City community for over 10 years. During that time, we’ve managed to collect quite a laundry list of fans, and friends. We’ve always called the city “home” and we’re proud to say we’ll keep it that way!

We are heavily involved in a number of professional organizations throughout the KC Metro, and try to source our materials and products from local businesses whenever possible. We are also active volunteer participants within our community (see our community photo gallery).

Some reasons why Kansas City rocks our world:

  • The jam session originated in Kansas City. (That right there is enough. Am I right?)
  • KC has more barbecue restaurants per capita than any other city in the nation.
  • The area is the third in the nation for professional theaters per capita.
  • KC ignored Prohibition during the 1920s earning the nickname “The Paris of the Plains”.
  • Installation of bathtubs with four legs resembling animal paws is prohibited. (I guess we’ve been breaking some laws…)

     ”What’s with the random pie,” you might ask? It’s really not so random once you understand the science behind it. You see, home remodeling, albeit rewarding, can be a brutal and grueling task. We operate our Kansas City remodeling business under a system of serious reward.

    And when that reward comes due, it’s time for a Total Home pizza day. We order from various local restaurants like Mafia Mike’s in Lenexa, KS; The Original Pizza in Overland Park, KS; and Rosario’s Pizza over in Olathe, KS. And although the hot Kansas City pies keep us truckin’, the real treats we enjoy come in the form of whipped cream, crust, fruit, sugar… we take donations, by the way…
