Here are copies of our nifty little newsletter. Our newsletter has been through a few changes over the past year, but as you will see, the changes are for the better. Click below to check out our archives (past topics cover Marvin Windows, home window replacement, new fiber cement siding, exterior paint tips, deck finishing and gutter replacement). And if you’d like to be added to the email list, hit the Big Red Button. (Whether you want an estimate or not).

But if you’re looking for a little more entertainment–A lot more education–Then I’d suggest you head to the blog…immediately.

Project Wheelchair Ramp

Check out the photos from the build project that we did with our dear friend, John. He was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease), recently. Several local small businesses stepped forward and assisted in the purchase of materials for John’s wheelchair ramp. (In case you didn’t know, our local small business community ROCKS!)

Kickin’ It With The American Cancer Society Folks

We attended the American Cancer Society Relay for Life of Shawnee and Lenexa, KS on June 27th, and we had a blast! We really appreciate the folks who work for this foundation and we truly admire those who fight this fight. We think you guys rock–And eventhough what you do makes us feel like a bunch of weenies–We still love you. We’re happy to be there for you whenever you need us (we’re even willing to cut into daily napping and/or drinking times for you). Click to view more photos.

Hanging Out At The Home Shows

We sure enjoy home shows. We get to meet new folks, see old faces, stand on our feet all weekend until our backs give out and our feet blister severely. Consider this official notice, however–If you become a client of Team Total Home, we fully expect you to eek out at least a little bit of time out of your busy schedule to stop by and keep us company during the course of one of these events. We do, like, three of them a year. So if you can’t make to a Home Show then you’ll need to swing by the office some time to say, “Hey.” That’ll help make up for it. And cupcakes with sprinkles never hurt, either–just so you know. Click to view more photos.

The BIG BBQ

We like to work (well, usually). But we like to play, too. Check out a few photos of our Summer Warehouse BBQ. Don’t worry–we left out the REALLY embarassing ones. Consider this our PG version–safe for all viewing audiences! Click to view more photos.

Proof’s In the Puddin’

2008 was an excellent year for us. We made tons of new friends, we remodeled more than 400 homes and we were recognized for our hard work. We attended the 2008 NARI REMY Awards banquet with a few of our homeowner friends who helped to make our success possible. The banquet was a blast! Food, drink and trophies–What more could we ask for?

We Like to PARTY! (ALS Style)

The 2008 ALS Christmas party was a huge hit! Every year, the ladies over at ALS Midwest put on a super-nice party for the friends and family members of the ALS Midwest chapter. We’ve been lucky enough to be a part of their extravaganza two years running. When we go to the party, we always take our very best behavior–Because we really like being invited back! The ALS ladies say that we’re a big help to them–But they truly have no idea what they do for us. We treasure the time we get to spend with all of them.

Shout Out to Our ALS Peeps

The Total Home Family recently made a commitment to our friends and family members who belong to the ALS Association, Keith Worthington Chapter here in Kansas City. These folks work tirelessly to raise awareness and find a cure for Lou Gehrig’s Disease. In this new year, we plan to not only service this association with our time and efforts, but we plan to also raise additional awareness and funds for this awesome cause.
