This particular Whole House Exterior Remodel won the NARI Exterior Specialty REMY Award 2009. Check out the pics–You’ll see why! Total Home installed CertainTeed Fiber Cement siding on the home and replaced all existing windows with the Marvin brand aluminum-clad exterior window. All doors were also replaced with Marvin/Integrity products. The front door, which is pictured below (twice actually, because we like it THAT much!) is made of Hondurian Mahogany. It comes equipped with an Old World style speak easy. The door is showcased by a new front porch stoop and canopy complete with columns and roof. Around back, we replaced 3 garage doors and exterior lights. Before:

A Raytown, Missouri Exterior Remodel Paint Job takes this home from “C Grade” to “A Grade!” Before:

Mrs. Stearns waited 30 years for her new kitchen. Now, she’s happy as a clam! We Completely gutted this cookie. The original kitchen was carpeted. So, all carpeting had to be removed. We replace the carpeted look with a Bruce pre-finished hardwood floor from American Floor. The walls were completely re-finished with new drywall and paint. And we installed a beautiful stone tile that Mrs. Stearns hand-picked above the backsplash and countertops. Mrs. Stearns fell in love with granite countertops and asked that her dream kitchen come equipped with them. Her favorite new room also received all new toys! The range, dishwasher and refrigerator were purchased from Lowes. Before:
